part of Yoga Alliance's .YACEP program, offers 50 hours of continuous education to enhance your teaching skills.
After this Yin Yoga course you will be able to practice and teach 26 yin asanas with variations and modifications.
We all have different bodies and enter poses in different ways .Therefore, the use of props like blogs, bolsters, cushions and
blankets is one key element of a safe and effective Yin Yoga practice
