Mano Hara grew up in a small town in Bali and later moved with his family to Denpasar in search of a better life. At the age of 14, his friend introduced him to Martial Arts. He worked hard at the sport until an injury kept him from practising for two years. In 1990, Mano began practising yoga at Ananda Marga in Denpasar and enjoyed relief from his injury after one year. He tried Tantra Yoga and was then introduced to the Master, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. He also practised daily meditation techniques where he learnt from Ananda Marga. Since 2000, Mano has been teaching yoga in Bali and completed his training for aero-swing and aero-yin in 2016. He now lives the life he’s always dreamed of.

Yogi teaches a variety of yoga styles - Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner Yoga and Meditation. He was first introduced to yoga in 1992 when he met a monk from India through a friend. A few years later, in 1995, he began his Yoga Teacher Training in the Philippines, which he later completed in India. Yogi wants his students to know that practising yoga isn’t only to help them stretch their stiff bodies, but also to help them change their entire lives for the better. He notes, “yoga can change the way you see things, the way you deal with situations, the way you think, and eventually how you live your life.

Chitra’s passion for yoga started back in 2011. She realized how yoga changed her life - both physically and spiritually. From there, she decided to share her positive experience with others by becoming a yoga teacher. To learn more about yoga, Chitra travelled to India and completed her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa in Mysore. Later on, she came back to Bali for a 40hr Fly High Yoga training at Serenity Eco Guesthouse. She loves to teach, and through teaching yoga she can lead and help others on their yoga journey and make yoga a part of their daily lives. For her, practicing yoga is a beautiful connection with oneself, while teaching yoga is a beautiful connection with others.

Kartana has been practising yoga since the age of 24. He specialises in Vinyasa form, an on-going stream of flowing yoga poses. Born and raised in Bali, Kartana completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Ubud in 2006 under the guidance of American Vinyasa veteran, Melissa Spamer (Lotus in The Flames) and acquired another 200hr YTT from Chakra Yoga School in Ubud in 2018. He appreciates the continual challenge that yoga presents both physically and psychologically. Kartana believes yoga is the perfect complement to other forms of exercise as it improves flexibility, balance, and strength.

Amanda was born and raised in Bali, Indonesia. She was first introduced to yoga by a friend who told her that yoga can heal the mind and make the body stronger and healthier. After practising yoga, she found it very inspirational. This created a strong passion to delve deeper into the practice, making her complete two teacher trainings: 200hr Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga at School Of Sacred Arts & 50hr Flyhigh Yoga. Through yoga, she has been able to discover how it builds the mind, body, and soul - both off and on the mat to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Apart from being a yoga instructor, Amanda is a part-time surfer who likes to be in the water. The essence of her teaching is to bring joy, motivation, and inspiration to others.

Taopik Setiawan (Tao) is a yogi and natural food Chef based in Bali. Tao is fully certified with a 200hr plus RYS Thai Yoga Therapy from Thai Traditional Medicine Association of Thailand. He teaches Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow through an inclusive, holistic approach. Tao integrates a range of practical techniques to help facilitate the health, happiness, and freedom of each individual. His teaching is inspired and informed by the philosophy and history of the yogic tradition, bringing integrity and clarity to his classes. Tao wants to create a space, which is inclusive and non-competitive. He believes yoga is a gradual process and that physical improvements are eclipsed by the greater purpose of self-acceptance and self-inquiry.

Elvina is a medical doctor. Her passion in yoga combines with her medical background to transform her yoga class into something unique. Expect combinations of therapeutic asanas with western medical principles, traditional Chinese medicine and ayuverda. Mindful movement is emphasised such that the focus lies upon generating the flow of chi or prana and influencing the meridians that feed into all of our primary organs. Kadek Martina was born in Ubud, Bali. She previously worked as a marketing manager in London and Liverpool in a private health care industry until she was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). After her diagnosis, she decided to return back to Bali in 2011 and started her self healing journey by practising yoga diligently. Under the guidance of "Asana, Pranayama, Mudra Bandha book" by Swami Satyananda Sarasvati, she practised twice daily for a year. "The Guru will come when the student is ready". It was the time she needed to deepen her yoga practice by seeking for a Guru. Then the Universe arranged that she went to the bank of Mother Gangga by the foothills of Himalaya at Parmarth Niketan Ashram Rishikesh, she took seva (selfless service), studied and taught yoga at the Ashram. After 2 years in Rishikesh, she returned home and recovered fully from PCOS. She continued her practice and shared her experience in Bali.
Martina focuses her yoga class on suksma vyayam to build the essential foundation of strength, flexibility and balance. She also teaches authentic hatha yoga, pranayama, yin, power, yoga nidra, and meditation. Her experience, knowledge and friendliness brings joy to every class.

Astri was born and raised in Bali, immersed in a Balinese culture where Yoga already constituted an intrinsic feature of daily life. In 2010, an injury in her tail bone led her to deepen her yoga practice. After two or three years of self-practice, she completed her 200hours with School of Sacred Art in 2016. Astri additionally accomplished her trainings in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Acroyoga, Thai Yoga massage and Fly High Yoga. The experience and tools she has learned are intended to help you to connect, achieve awareness, explore, be safe, fine acceptance, and honour your body where it is in the present moment. Astri is committed to providing extensive instructions and coaching her students in a motivational way to find inner peace and the path to their healthiest, happiest selves. She seeks to impart a deep love and respect for the many arts of yoga, and all that they encompass.

Growing up overweight made Qino uncomfortable and not confident in his skin, which doesn't mean he didn't love himself, it's all about health issues. He has been practicing Yoga since 2015. It's a big life change for him. He started to understand that yoga helps him to embrace his confidence and to value himself not only for his physical body but also mentally and spiritually. For him repeating a couple of rounds of the classical sun salutation sequence A and B, is simple but so powerful as asanas (physical postures) teally unlock the body from the unconfident feeling and also to warm up the physical body in a safe way. Now he is ready and would love to share his experience and expertise with others.

After many years of working in a corporate role, she decided to turn her life around and move to Bali in early 2022. Over the years, Kalina travelled the world and, while in California, fell in love with yoga. She completed her teacher trainings in India and Costa Rica, becoming a 500 hrs registered yoga teacher. Kalina continues to deepen her yoga practice in Bali, living a life full of yoga, surf and nature.
Her mission in life is to inspire individuals through yoga to a healthy, balanced, and happy life. She loves to teach vigorous Vinyasa flows focusing on mindful movement and providing individuals guidance to freely express themselves.
